Old Dauphin Way Historic District — one of the South's most underrated neighborhoods
Walk five minutes to Dauphin Street for oysters at Wintzell's and live music at The Royal Scam. Drive ten to Africatown and the Clotilda Museum. Mardi Gras is the original here, peaking each February and March, and our block sits inside the parade footprint.
The street is quiet, tree-canopied, and dog-friendly. Parking is easy. Neighbors say hi.
